Hi, we are Emiliano and Rosaria, parents of three wonderful children, we have lived in Vercelli for several years, where we decided to settle from our hometowns. Our two accommodations on the third floor were our home where we started to build our family, today we moved to a house not far away, the choice to give it for short rent in 2019 was the best thing, in addition we have expanded the opportunity of choice by adding a new accommodation on the second floor, expanding the opportunity to have a flexible and equipped with the comforts that you usually find at home. We are personally waiting for you for your business and leisure trips.

Rules

 House rules "Chicco Apartment" (English)

1) It is FORBIDDEN to smoke inside the premises

2) Wet clothing can only be spread inside the balconies, not on the facade of the building.

3) Respect the neighborhood, avoiding annoying noises after 22:00 to 8:00 hours

4) Any anomalies or malfunctions found in the apartment must be reported promptly to the Host (Emiliano 348-4409498)

5) Pets are not allowed inside the apartment

6) Check-in time is between 15:00 and 17:00, while check-out time is before 10:00.

7) The condominium has an ecological island for separate collection near the access ramp to the garages, (white bin for paper - black bin for undifferentiated - brown bin for wet - plastic and glass with cans are placed on the road)
